A few years ago, some of the foreigners I have met in the UK, there were those who were using the English names, not their real names. 

数年前、英国で知り合った外国人の中には、本名ではなく英語名を使っている方が少なからずいました。発音してもらいやすいからだとか。アジアのみならず東欧諸国の人も。当時は本名で通したけど、今回はどうしましょ。
